Forest Hills law firm seeks an experienced administrative assistant for BUSY real estate department.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinating submission of closing documents with clients, managing agents and attorneys
  • Tracking packages between clients and other parties
  • Editing and typing of closing documents

Ideal candidate qualifications :

  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks at one time: typing, phone and clerical duties.
  • Ability to be flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Computer literate, including experience with Word Perfect and or Microsoft Word

Education:

  • Associate (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
  • Paralegal: 1 year (Preferred)
