Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary based in Kuwait City. The Executive Secretary will handle executive administrative assistance duties, support company secretarial tasks, manage clerical responsibilities, and serve as a key point of communication. The role involves coordinating schedules, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and providing high-level support for efficient office operations. Additionally, the Executive Secretary will interact with clients to maintain a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Clerical Skills, including documentation, record-keeping, and file organization.
- Excellent Communication skills for handling internal and external correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Company Secretarial Work, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and managing communications.
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience to provide organizational and operational support to senior management.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to handle client interactions and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar executive assistant or secretarial role is a strong advantage.
