Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor, managing multi-line phone systems to direct calls accurately.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, delivering clear and helpful information while practicing excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform data entry tasks such as updating client records, filing documents, and maintaining organized digital and physical files.
  • Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and clerical support like proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
  • Support administrative functions such as answering questions about services, processing payments, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly for optimal workflow.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for document creation, email communication, and calendar management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy including data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • 2 years minimum of customer service experience is required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and active listening capabilities.

Pay: $22.22 – $25.66 per hour
