This isn’t a calendar job. It’s a force-multiplier role for a surgeon building something bigger than a practice.
Who you’d work with
Dr. Shehz is a 35-year-old refractive surgeon, TEDx speaker, stand-up comedian, podcast host, and founder of Visionary Eye Surgery — a boutique cash-pay practice in Plano. He’s also building a media platform and running a multi-state real estate portfolio. He thinks in five directions at once and creates faster than he can execute.
He needs you to be the ground.
Who you are
- Hungry. This is the most exciting role you could imagine right now — not a step down from something else.
- AI-native. You’ve already drafted three versions in Claude before bringing one to him.
- A reader of rooms. You sense moods, energy, when to push, when to hold.
- Organized for two, because he isn’t organized for one.
- Warm. You laugh easily. You don’t take edges personally.
- A thinker. You bring solutions, not just questions.
What you’ll actually do
- Run his calendar across the practice, the brand, the podcast, the comedy, and the real estate
- Triage his inbox daily — flag what matters, handle what doesn’t
- Turn his half-sentences into finished work (briefs, posts, agendas, follow-ups)
- Coordinate dinners, speaking gigs, sponsorships, travel
- Sit in on meetings, own the action items
- Protect his focus from his own team when needed
- Bring him coffee and lunch when he forgets to eat

- $85–$110K based on experience + performance bonuses
