Job Title: Personal Assistant to RealEstate Agent

Location: Manhattan, New York (On-site with Some Flexibility)

Job Type: Part-time (Full time to be considered)

Position Overview:

A busy real estate professional in Manhattan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks, reporting, and general office support. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of keeping the agent’s operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and track daily tasks and deadlines using project management tools or spreadsheets
  • Generate and update weekly/monthly reports (sales performance, client pipeline, listings, etc.)
  • Manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor communication
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed
  • Track and submit expenses, invoices, and receipts
  • Support with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and calendar management
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining CRM records
  • Ensure the office runs efficiently and the agent is briefed on key priorities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools
  • Familiarity with task or project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Professional and polished demeanor
  • Familiarity with real estate operations and terminology is helpful but not required

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a real estate, finance, or client-facing industry
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, approx. 9am–5pm (some flexibility required)
  • Occasional weekend or evening availability for urgent matters

Pay: $34,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
