We are a growing hospitality-focused company seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a Tampa-based hybrid role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and email correspondence
- Prepare reports and maintain data (strong Excel skills required)
- Track key performance metrics and internal reporting
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Coordinate follow-ups, vendors, and special projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the hotel industry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Professional, discreet, and dependable
- Comfortable using technology and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Able to work independently in a hybrid setting
