We are a growing hospitality-focused company seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a Tampa-based hybrid role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and email correspondence
  • Prepare reports and maintain data (strong Excel skills required)
  • Track key performance metrics and internal reporting
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
  • Coordinate follow-ups, vendors, and special projects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in the hotel industry
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional, discreet, and dependable
  • Comfortable using technology and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
  • Able to work independently in a hybrid setting
