Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our EVP & Group President, Business Units, the Sr. leadership team, and act as a liaison between the Executive and the Business Units Organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and enjoys being a trusted advisor to executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer a consultative approach to calendar management:
    • Optimize executive office time by consolidating meetings when appropriate, protecting time through gatekeeping, and prioritizing incoming requests
  • Manage work related expenses and budgets
  • Plan and coordinate travel itineraries
  • Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
  • Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Identify issues and develop effective solutions independently and with discretion
  • Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences; both on and offsite (Minimal travel is expected)
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed
