Position Overview
The Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for front-line operations, guest experience, and maintaining the daily cleanliness and functionality of the salon environment. This role ensures smooth day-to-day execution, supports tenants, and delivers a high-quality client experience.
This is a high-energy, detail-driven role requiring constant awareness and proactive management of the space.

Key Responsibilities
Opening & Daily Setup
Prepare the facility before opening (lighting, music, systems, cleanliness)
Conduct full walkthroughs to ensure readiness across all areas
Stock supplies and ensure all spaces are presentable
Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations
Greet clients and direct them appropriately
Manage bookings, check-ins, and payments
Handle calls, texts, walk-ins, and inquiries
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Floor Management
Perform hourly walkthroughs to maintain cleanliness and order
Remove trash, debris, and maintain salon presentation standards
Enforce house rules and ensure professional conduct throughout the space
Facility Cleanliness & Maintenance
Maintain restrooms to full operational and cleanliness standards
Manage shampoo area cleanliness including hair traps and towels
Monitor and maintain common areas, storage, and shared spaces
Towel Program & Sanitation
Manage towel rotation, cleaning, and storage
Maintain sanitation standards using proper disinfectants and supplies
Communication & Team Coordination
Communicate with Property Manager and team regarding issues, leads, and updates
Assist with capturing content for marketing when needed
Log all rental and suite leads accurately
Closing Responsibilities (Critical)
Perform full end-of-day walkthrough
Ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and secured
Complete required closing checklist and secure building

Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service, salon, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to cleanliness and detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Active salon environment with continuous movement
Requires standing, walking, and hands-on facility upkeep
