Executive Assistant

ICAST is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support executive leadership and help ensure efficient daily operations at our Beaver Dam, KY office. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide highlevel administrative support to executive leadership
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
• Organize and maintain files, records, and office documentation
• Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and followup tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
• Help maintain smooth office operations and administrative processes
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
