EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Lebanon Seaboard Corporation is currently seeking an Executive Administrative/Regulatory Assistant to join our operations, located in Lebanon, PA. This individual will be responsible for supporting the executive management team.
General Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
At a minimum, tasks will include:
- Administrative support for executive team.
- Coordination of domestic travel itineraries: flight, transportation, hotels
- Research and compilation of data for assigned projects.
- Monitoring of project milestones and coordination with other departments.
- Maintenance of contracts file.
- Preparation and submission of state new product registrations and renewals.
- Tonnage Reporting
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business field.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- (5) or more years as an Executive Assistant.
- Advanced Microsoft Office/Google Sheet Skills.
- Advanced writing, editing, spelling and grammar abilities.
- Basic Excel capability.
- Ability to work with senior level confidential information.
- High level organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with multiple internal departments, outside vendors, clients and employees.
- Legal or contracts experience preferred, but not required.
