EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Lebanon Seaboard Corporation is currently seeking an Executive Administrative/Regulatory Assistant to join our operations, located in Lebanon, PA. This individual will be responsible for supporting the executive management team.

General Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

At a minimum, tasks will include:

  • Administrative support for executive team.
  • Coordination of domestic travel itineraries: flight, transportation, hotels
  • Research and compilation of data for assigned projects.
  • Monitoring of project milestones and coordination with other departments.
  • Maintenance of contracts file.
  • Preparation and submission of state new product registrations and renewals.
  • Tonnage Reporting

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business field.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • (5) or more years as an Executive Assistant.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office/Google Sheet Skills.
  • Advanced writing, editing, spelling and grammar abilities.
  • Basic Excel capability.
  • Ability to work with senior level confidential information.
  • High level organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with multiple internal departments, outside vendors, clients and employees.
  • Legal or contracts experience preferred, but not required.
