About the Role:
We’re looking for someone organized and reliable to help keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role handles scheduling, customer communication, and job coordination. You’ll be the point of contact between clients, estimators, and technicians.

This is not a passive desk job—you’ll need to stay on top of moving parts, solve small issues quickly, and keep things organized.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer calls, texts, and emails from clients
  • Schedule estimates and jobs based on availability and priority
  • Coordinate between estimator, technicians, and clients
  • Keep the calendar organized and up to date
  • Send estimates, invoices, and follow-ups
  • Track jobs from start to finish to make sure nothing falls through
  • Handle basic customer questions and updates
  • Help manage job flow, especially during busy periods

Day-to-Day Looks Like:

  • Booking new jobs and adjusting schedules as things change
  • Following up with clients after estimates
  • Making sure techs have the right info for each job
  • Handling last-minute changes or urgent requests
  • Keeping everything organized so the team stays on track

What You Need:

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (phone, text, and email)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm when things get busy
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, invoicing)
  • Reliable and consistent—this role keeps everything moving
  • Experience in admin, scheduling, or service-based business is a plus

Pay & Schedule:

  • Pay based on experience
  • Full-time or part-time depending on availability

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
