Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal account coordinators.
  • Identify and anticipate client requirements, providing proactive solutions and support.
  • Promote the company's products and services while identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Resolve client queries and issues efficiently, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.
  • Provide consultative support and guidance to clients throughout the customer journey.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, organisational structures, and changing requirements.
  • Stay informed of client developments and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records.
  • Monitor and communicate billing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of queries.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up and engagement.
  • Maintain financial controls and ensure responsible budget management.
  • Analyse and interpret key account performance data, monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Translate client planning requirements into clear, achievable distribution plans with realistic delivery timelines.
  • Measure and report on service levels, presenting performance updates to management.
  • Ensure excellence and accuracy in service delivery while providing timely feedback on client issues.
  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound orders, ensuring they are processed, actioned, and delivered according to client requirements.
  • Obtain repair quotations from suppliers and liaise with clients regarding repair approvals.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding missing or damaged event equipment.
  • Manage all client and supplier communication via email and telephone.
  • Ensure all quotations are finalised and supported by client purchase orders prior to invoicing.
  • Coordinate client and supplier call-outs during office hours and after hours when required.
  • Monitor after-hours and weekend installations, collections, and event support.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date events calendar.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational data.
  • Oversee the care, security, and maintenance of company equipment and assets.
  • Ensure equipment inspections and preventative maintenance are carried out regularly.
  • Prioritise events using a triage system and coordinate equipment allocation accordingly.
  • Report damaged equipment and identify redundant or obsolete stock.
  • Manage the ordering and tracking of consumables.
  • Conduct regular client contact sessions and relationship reviews.
  • Participate in weekly planning meetings with Event Managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
