Billing Accounts Representative Jobs in Shawnee, USA at Temp-Con, LLC
- Completes all Service Department invoices for the billing period that the service work was completed.
- Ensures that all service work orders are invoiced and distributed to customers in a timely manner.
- Communicates with appropriate members of the Service Department regarding any question or red flags that become apparent in the billing process.
- Contact technicians with questions regarding their notes, truck stock items used, and/or hours being billed.
- Communicates with customers regarding any special billing requirements and/or inquiries regarding the service invoice. Questions regarding work completed should be escalated to the Service Manager when needed.
- Communicates with estimation team on invoices for quoted work. Watch for any discrepancies in the work completed vs. the work quoted.
- Reseach’s warranty guidelines for all manufacture invoices:
Beverage Air, Kolpak, Federal Industries…., and completes billing based on their guidelines. Distributing the invoices and claims to the appropriate contact or web portal per guidelines. - Become familiar with all customer web-based portals. Coordinate that invoices are entered as directed. (Service Channel, Ecotrak, Corrigo Pro)
- Complete monthly review of customer aging report. Contact customers regarding past due balances. Update customer account with notes regarding collection efforts. Follow up on communications with no response or questions. Escalate past due balances with no response in a timely manner to Service Office Manager.
Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum of 2 years prior administrative assistant or time and materials billing experience preferable in a service dispatch environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with working within deadlines.
- Ability to handle constructive criticism while gaining industry knowledge.
Education
Pay Range
: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour depending on experience.
