What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Field Managers and staff involved in regulatory quality assurance
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare materials, and attend meetings to track and report feedback
- Manage incoming communications and act as a public point of contact
- Oversee new employee orientation and coordinate hiring processes
- Organize travel arrangements and prepare training logistics for staff
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school graduation or GED
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in office/clerical, secretarial, or administrative work
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Washington State Government, particularly in DSHS, HCLA, or Human Resources
- Strong judgment skills in a complex organizational environment
