Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Destination Manager-Study Abroad in New Delhi. The Destination Manager will be responsible for organizing and guiding study abroad programs, interacting with students, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating study tours, and ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for participants. Daily tasks include planning itineraries, liaising with international partners, managing logistics, addressing student queries and concerns, and supporting sales and promotional activities to attract new participants.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups
- Experience in Guided Tours and managing study abroad programs
- Customer Service and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Sales and promotional activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; experience in education or travel industry preferred
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international education systems
