We are seeking an energetic and welcoming School Director of First Impressions to serve as the friendly face and vital first contact point for our school community. As the School Director of First Impressions, you will be instrumental in representing our school’s values through outstanding customer service and efficient administrative support.

Duties

  • Greet visitors, parents, students, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries promptly and courteously, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Oversee front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating visitor sign-ins.
  • Handle office management tasks such as organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the reception area, and supporting clerical functions.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns with patience and clarity, ensuring positive interactions at all times.
  • Utilize office software including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in front desk operations or office management within an educational or administrative setting.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse community needs effectively.
  • Prior clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred).
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus for supporting administrative tasks seamlessly.
