Design-Build Remodeling Firm Seeks Administrative Director

Specialized Assistant: Anthony Slabaugh Remodeling & Design (Stow) an award-winning company is growing, and we need an experienced and motivated Administrative Director to help with communication, office organization, business development, and specific day-to-day varied tasks associated with planning and producing residential remodeling projects. We are known in the community as a company with the highest standards of workmanship and an undisputed reputation for customer service. Primary Duties

  • Answer phones and follow up on calls within 24 hours
  • Often times, the first contact by phone/email from prospective clients
  • Handle walk-in traffic (solicitations and prospective clients)
  • Assist our sales, design, development and production departments by communicating/interacting with our vendors, clients, and professional service providers
  • General Office organization: database management, ordering, process updates
  • Other office-related duties and shared overlapping responsibilities with other team members
  • Assistant with marketing/sales endeavors as needed, including some social media

Schedule

Full-time during normal weekday business hours Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

NO weekends

40-45 hours per week

Requirements

  • 5 years professional experience (prefer similar or related field)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Friendly and professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient with technology/computer skills (or willingness and ability to learn quickly) – Google Suite, construction management software, ghant charts, Mac/smart phone/tablet, etc.

Compensation

For full-time salary expect to earn between $50-60k/yr. To start depending on experience.
