- Seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator that can be a patient advocate
- Helping explain financing to patients so they are able to receive much needed treatment
- Prefer someone with a sales background that is able to help facilitate procedures like Molar Endo and Cosmetic Dentistry
- The practice is beautiful and state of the art, all the bells and whistles for a successful, busy practice
- 4 day work week
- Position is commission based, negotiable

Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and guide them through their treatment plans with clarity and enthusiasm
- Explain dental procedures, financial options, and insurance benefits to patients in a transparent and positive manner
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and treatment timelines to optimize patient flow
- Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and assist with financial arrangements to ensure smooth administrative operations
- Collaborate closely with dental professionals to communicate patient needs and treatment updates effectively
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and billing information with attention to detail
- Support the overall organization of the front office by managing correspondence, reminders, and documentation efficiently
Experience
- Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with dental terminology enhances communication accuracy
- Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and multitasking capabilities is essential
- Experience working specifically within a dental office environment is a significant advantage
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
