What You’ll Bring to the Team:
– At least 2 years of dental front office experience
– Confidence in discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
– A passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences
– Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
– Experience with insurance verification and billing (Open Dental preferred)
– A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
– Comfort handling collections and guiding patients through payment arrangements
