We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated front desk supervisor/coordinator with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Must be detail oriented and have great interpersonal skills.
SPANISH LANGUAGE IS A MUST. Min of 2 Years of Dental Front Desk Experience is a MUST ! ! !
Our atmosphere is "busy, busy", so we are looking for someone who likes to be busy.
We are a general and specialty dentistry practice, catering to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise front desk staff
"Last min" schedule management
Production goals
Schedule appointments
Answer phones
Pre-treatment estimates
Manage Treatment Plans
Collect co-pays
Knowledge of Spanish is a MUST for this position !
DENTAL FRONT DESK EXPERIENSE IS A MUST ! ! !
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
