Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong problem-solving and learning ability
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Entering data into database or excel.
- Using systems such as Environmental Management System (EMS), Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS), and Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS) is required.
- Working with regional subject matter experts to ensure procedures are followed for regulatory applications.
- The ability to manage high volumes of work in tight timelines and with changing priorities.
- The ability to pay attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to learn quickly, problem solve / troubleshoot.
- Can work independently and within a team setting.
- Filing, scanning, copying, organizing, and stamping paper work.
- Assist with any other office duties as required.
