Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter customer information, orders, and service
  • requests into our database systems. Maintain and update customer records daily
  • Data Verification: Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity
  • Documentation: Ensure all records are properly filed and organized
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive customer information with the highest level of confidentiality and comply with all data protection regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably within a customer service environment. (Preferred Medical Device Field)
  • Proficient in data entry software and Google Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Typing speed 30+ WPM and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

  • Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
  • Weekly Pay: Receive a paycheck every week

  • Full time hours – Monday – Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
