Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Position Overview
XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking dependable candidates for Data Analysis and Order Picker roles in Fort Worth, TX. These positions support warehouse and inventory operations by ensuring accurate data entry, inventory tracking, and efficient order fulfillment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Enter inventory transactions and data accurately into company systems
- Verify information before submission to ensure accuracy
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Review reports and identify potential errors
- Communicate inventory issues to leadership as needed
- Follow established procedures and work instructions
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment (Order Picker role)
Position Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry, inventory control, warehouse clerical, or similar roles preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
