SUMMARY:
The customer care service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly with the internal team of Customer Care, Inventory Control, and Operations to best allocate workload. Data entry, monitoring phone and email, workspace organization, and filing
Support order planning and processing from creation to delivery.
Review order shipping combinations, securing appointments for delivery, securing carriers based on shipping schedule, allocation and pricing
Perform general clerical support duties such as photocopying, filing, e-filing and file maintenance
Work independently to complete all assigned tasks within timely guidelines.
Responsible for large amounts of communication between customers; internal and external

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Must have a great work ethic which includes acute attention to detail, problem solving skills and a positive attitude
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills, able to successfully interact with all levels within the organization
Proven problem-solving capability using root cause analyses
Working knowledge of windows-based software; example – Office Suite
Working knowledge of Web based applications; example – online ordering
Flexible schedule is a must
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL or TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Strong computer aptitude and demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office
