Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Accurately process and manage order entries while ensuring all information is correctly documented.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their needs and provide solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to maintain organized records and generate reports as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Apply basic math skills to verify order quantities, pricing, and calculations.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
• Provide updates and status reports to customers regarding their orders or inquiries.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficiency in order entry processes and systems.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Strong working knowledge of Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of basic math principles for accurate calculations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
