Customer Service / Administrative Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

We’re looking for a dependable Customer Service / Administrative Coordinator to join a small, fast-paced company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, providing excellent customer service, and handling a variety of administrative tasks throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Help keep daily office operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
  • This opportunity is well-suited for someone looking to build their administrative and customer service experience.
  • Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment.
  • Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.

Additional Requirements

  • Reliable transportation is required. This location is not accessible by public transportation, so candidates must have dependable transportation to and from work.
