Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Help keep daily office operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- This opportunity is well-suited for someone looking to build their administrative and customer service experience.
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
- Strong computer and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment.
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required. This location is not accessible by public transportation, so candidates must have dependable transportation to and from work.
