Some of the things you’ll be doing
- Maintain and update corporate files and records for a portfolio of entities in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Manage administrative tasks, including post handling, filing, incoming emails, and ad hoc duties.
- Assist with the ongoing activity, the restructuring, and liquidation of companies
- Coordinate administrative processes such as document legalization, execution, and filings with relevant authorities
- Support the preparation and coordination of board and shareholder meetings, including drafting agendas and timely follow-up on action points
- Assist with statutory filings and ensure timely submission of legal documentation (e.g., with RCS)
- Assist in day-to-day communication with clients and external stakeholders (e.g. notaries, tax advisors, authorities)
- Support the organisation of client meetings and ensure a professional client experience
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate services, legal administration, or financial services, ideally within an international environment
- Prior exposure to the Luxembourg market is highly desirable, particularly within a service provider or regulated environment
- Strong administrative background with proven ability to manage documentation, processes, and deadlines accurately and efficiently
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and/or German is considered a strong advantage
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, combined with a flexible approach and a willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Proactive and hands-on mindset, with a strong motivation to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain a client-focused approach
