Construction Project Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform various routine clerical duties to support the Operations Management and Construction Department.

Essential Functions Statements

• Finalize quotes for the Construction Department
• Verify Construction Department employees state licenses and miscellaneous certifications are up-to-date
• Data entry information using Excel spreadsheets
• Address customer, vendor, and technician concerns
• Maintain filing systems both manually and electronically
• Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

Previous office experience required.

• Ability to type at least 45 words per

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites or related

EDUCATION

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
