Responsibilities:

1/ Prepare documents for internal procedural processing:

  • Bidding/tender documents
  • Contracts and payments of vendor or department.
  • Fixed assets transfer related documents
  • New stores construction/refit related documents to stores/shopping malls/local authorities.
  • Repair & Maintenance registrations documents to store.
  • Reports preparation

2/ Coordinate with relevant departments at office or stores/shopping mall/local authorities /vendors to follow up on work progress.

3/ Assist in site survey.

4/ Assist Assistant Construction Managers on quality assurance work.

5/ Any other tasks as assigned by Property & Store Development Director or Assistant Construction Managers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experiences working as Construction Administration support, preferably for at least 1 year.
  • Knowledge in construction (preferably retail), site survey or material sourcing, vendor management preferred
  • Good at Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and etc.
  • Communicative English, particularly written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Good self-discipline and time management skills
  • Pro-active, hardworking, detail-oriented, flexible, willing to learn.
