Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate space bookings and manage calendar schedules
• Act as on-site host, welcoming guests and assisting organizers
• Set up meeting rooms with appropriate materials and seating
• Serve as liaison with catering and vendor services
• Provide basic AV technology support for events
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or event coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Clean criminal record check required
• Valid driver’s license is necessary
• Strong organizational and communication skills
