Client Support Specialist
Part-Time | Training Provided | Growth Opportunities
We are seeking a personable, motivated, and professional Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who brings natural charisma, strong people skills, and comfort with technology. While training is provided, the right candidate must arrive ready to engage clients confidently and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position plays a critical front-line role in client experience and daily operations, supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients professionally, both in person and over the phone
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Return voicemails and follow up with clients promptly
- Make outbound calls to clients and vendors as needed
- Utilize computers, phone apps, and digital systems efficiently
- Receive and check in parts deliveries
- Shuttle clients to and from their homes when required
- Support daily workflow and assist team members as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency and fluency with computers, mobile apps, and phone systems
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Internally motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and pride in presentation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
