About the Role
At Loch Haven Veterinary Hospital, we’re more than a clinic – we’re a compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and their people. We’re looking for a Client Services Representative who brings empathy, professionalism, and enthusiasm to every client interaction.
What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience. You’ll:
- Greet clients warmly in person, by phone, and through digital communication.
- Schedule appointments, manage reminder systems, and process payments with accuracy and care.
- Maintain organized medical records and assist with product inventory and general office upkeep.
- Collaborate with our veterinary and technical teams to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client service.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk reception (veterinary or medical setting preferred, but not required).
- A genuine love for animals and a desire to support both clients and team members.
- Strong multitasking skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
