Job Summary
The Client Services Manager is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations while ensuring a high level of service for clients. This role manages administrative tasks, assists with billing and invoicing processes, and provides occasional phone support to ensure smooth communication between clients and the company. The Client Services Manager helps maintain organized records, supports internal teams, and contributes to an efficient and positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Administration or secretarial diploma/certification or 2 years’ experience.
- Bachelor of Business Administration considered an asset
- Technologically savvy and familiarity with all Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in service management is an asset.
- Experience using service management software, CRM and ERP Systems such as Autotask, Acumatica.
- Experience handling billing, invoicing, and basic financial documentation.

Duties
- Manage customer invoicing, billing exports, and sales/order logging, reconciling entries for accuracy
- Assist with post-sales support, including project setup, customer onboarding, account updates, and documentation
- Manage client service hour blocks, including quoting, usage tracking, client updates, and billing
- Monitor and manage a high volume of incoming emails, including client and internal communications, delegating or following up as needed
- Monitor the company support and general inbox and assign requests to staff
- Administration of service management tool
- Act as a liaison between clients and the support team to ensure clear communication and issue resolution
- Prepare client and internal reports, including block hour and project usage reports
- Maintain and update the on-call schedule
- Assist with accounts payable and contractor approvals
- Communicate client feedback internally to improve service delivery
- Answer and delegate incoming calls (shared responsibility)
- Support other operational projects as assigned

Compensation
- This is a contract position; no benefits are available.
Hard work doesn’t go unrecognized at Britec and bonuses are paid based on individual and company performance. We also have quarterly incentives where employees can be rewarded for meeting certain individual or team targets.
Work Location
Britec currently works on a hybrid model with most work being performed from home. Candidates must be based out of Alberta or Ontario to be considered.
