Customer Care Coordinator
Midwest Electric & Generator is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to assist the office with customer service and backend data entry tasks. This position is for Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm. The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional customer service skills, comfortable and confident phone etiquette, task-oriented, someone who is adaptable to change, and has a willingness to help colleagues.
Primary Duties include but are not limited to –
- Answer phones and directing calls to appropriate departments
- Entering customer information in CRM
- Customer follow-up
- Assist with job setup to include pulling permits, scheduling inspections and/or meter upgrades
- Maintain DOT vehicle logs
- Maintain day to day updating of CRMs and customer profiles
- Scheduling
- Routing technicians/capacity planning
- Customer follow-up and selling service agreement upgrades
- Proficient in electronics such as desktop computers, phone systems, headsets, multiple software systems, laptops and iPad to communicate/find resources/send invoices/create estimates and upsell services
- Respond to customer reviews
- Be able to pass a background check
- Position is in Elk River, MN.
- Shift 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
