Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide critical clerical and organizational support. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining effective communication across departments in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Role Overview

  • Pay Rate: $24.00 – $27.00 / hour
  • Contract Duration: March 16, 2026 – March 15, 2027 (1-Year Assignment)
  • Location: New York, NY 10172 ( 100% Onsite – 5 days per week )
  • Experience Level: Junior (3–5 Years)

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Proactively manage executive calendars, schedule departmental meetings, and coordinate all logistics for appointments.
  • Correspondence & Documentation: Prepare, format, and edit professional correspondence, detailed reports, and high-impact presentations.
  • Office Operations: Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, monitor office supply inventory, and perform general office duties.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a professional first point of contact—answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Logistics Support: Assist with corporate event planning, complex travel arrangements, and timely expense reporting.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high standard of data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in administrative or office support roles within a corporate setting.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with standard office equipment.
  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor.
