**About Us:**
Taurus Auto Detailing is a 10-year established shop serving Austin and surrounding areas. We specialize in paint protection film, window tint, ceramic coatings, paint correction, and premium detailing for luxury, exotic, classic, and daily driver vehicles. Our clients trust us with high-end vehicles that require a level of care most shops can’t provide. We’re growing and need the right person to help us scale.
**The Role:**
This position starts as the face and voice of our business. You’ll be the first person clients interact with when they walk in or call. You’ll handle front desk responsibilities, client communication, scheduling, and general shop upkeep. Part of this role is capturing the client experience — before-and-after photos during drop-off and pickup, quick client reaction videos, and moments that happen naturally throughout the day. You don’t need to be a filmmaker, just comfortable using your phone to document the work we do and the reactions we get. The goal is for this role to evolve into a sales position as you learn our services, build relationships with clients, and demonstrate the ability to guide them toward the right packages for their vehicles.
**What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:**
– Greet clients in person and answer phone calls with a professional, friendly tone
– Manage scheduling and confirm appointments
– Respond to emails, texts, and online inquiries promptly
– Capture before-and-after photos during client intake and delivery walkthroughs
– Keep the front area, waiting room, and office clean and presentable
– Assist with basic administrative tasks and organization
– Learn our services inside and out so you can answer client questions confidently
– Eventually, conduct consultations and help clients choose the right services for their vehicles

– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record – you may be required to assist in moving vehicles throughout the shop
– Ambition — you want to grow into more, not just clock in and out
– Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent) is a plus
– Bonus points if you have any interest in cars, but it’s not required
