Position Summary
RadAir Seven Hills is looking for a friendly, dependable, and client-focused Client Experience Attendant to help create a great first impression for every client who visits or calls our shop.
This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, helpful, and willing to jump in wherever needed. The Client Experience Attendant will greet clients, answer phones, assist with payments, help coordinate parts orders, bring vehicles up for clients, provide local client transportation when needed, and support the team with daily shop operations.
This position plays an important role in making clients feel welcomed, respected, and well taken care of.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Front Desk Support
- Greet clients warmly when they enter the shop.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Help schedule appointments and direct client questions to the appropriate team member.
- Keep clients comfortable while they wait.
- Provide updates or assist with communication when directed by the service team.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming front office and client waiting area.
Payment & Administrative Support
- Process client payments accurately.
- Assist with invoices, receipts, paperwork, and general office support.
- Help organize client records and shop documents as needed.
- Support the service manager and team with daily administrative tasks.
Vehicle & Client Assistance
- Bring vehicles up for clients when service is completed.
- Help park, move, or organize vehicles on the lot.
- Transport clients locally when needed.
- Pick up or drop off client vehicles when appropriate.
- Ensure clients leave with a positive impression of RadAir Seven Hills.
Parts & Shop Support
- Help order, pick up, or coordinate parts as needed.
- Communicate with parts vendors when directed.
- Assist technicians and service advisors with general support tasks.
- Run errands for the shop when needed.
- Help wherever needed to keep the shop operating smoothly.
Qualifications
- Must be very personable, likable, and comfortable talking with clients.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Clean and safe driving habits.
- Ability to drive client vehicles responsibly.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required.
- Must be a team player who is willing to do a variety of duties.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the shop and parking lot throughout the day.
- Ability to safely drive client and company vehicles.
- Ability to occasionally lift light items such as parts, supplies, or client belongings.
- Comfortable working in an automotive shop environment.
Work Environment
This position is based at RadAir Complete Car Care in Seven Hills. The role includes both front-office client interaction and light shop/lot support. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and client-focused.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience, availability, and overall fit for the position.

Pay: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour
