Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Client Administrator role located in Ebene. The Client Administrator will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring timely and efficient customer support, handling client documentation, and maintaining effective communication channels. The role will also involve analyzing and resolving client queries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional service quality to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Written Communication, Communication, and maintaining clear correspondence with clients
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for problem-solving and assessing client needs
  • Experience in Customer Support and Client Relations to manage client interactions effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle client documentation with accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using office and database software, with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in fiduciary or corporate administration services is preferred
