Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Client Administrators located in Mauritius. The Client Administrators will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling client enquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Daily tasks will include maintaining accurate client records, preparing reports, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth client experience. Additionally, the Client Administrator will assist in client onboarding processes and address any client issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and enhancing Customer Experience
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in financial services or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
