Position: Clerk for Staffing Functions at George Derby

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain staff scheduling and call-in logs
• Arrange relief staff coverage per established guidelines
• Update staffing records for holidays and vacations
• Record call-in details from absent staff
• Report safety hazards and incidents promptly
Requirements:
• Grade 12 plus two years’ staffing experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage work efficiently
• Valid clear criminal record check
• Negative TB test results within the past 5 years
