Health Village Imaging is currently seeking a dependable and professional Full-Time Clerical Team Member to support our growing outpatient imaging facilities. This position plays an essential role in providing excellent patient service and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Location: Float Position

Work Setting: Onsite

Compensation: Starting at $19+ per hour, based on experience

Position Responsibilities:

Schedule radiology procedures and appointments

Obtain insurance authorizations and communicate with insurance companies

Check in patients and provide exceptional front-desk support

Prepare and maintain patient charts and documentation

Assist with office coverage as needed to support the team

Flexibility is required, as schedules may vary and coverage may be needed when other team members are out of the office.

Qualifications:

Prior medical office or healthcare experience required

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused mindset
