The Business Operations Executive will provide professional administrative and operational support to the executive, including handling sensitive assignments and confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end calendar and meeting coordination support for the executive
  • Provide administrative support, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications as required
  • Prepare meeting notes or summaries, as required
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings and presentations
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by providing analytical support and generating relevant reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and information necessary for analysis and reporting
  • Set up and manage task tracking, reminders, and follow-ups to support timely delivery of agreed outputs
  • Conduct research as required.
  • Proofread and edit business materials, reports, etc.
  • Willing to occasionally travel with executive where required

Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years demonstrated administrative, operations, or business support experience
  • Excellent research, presentation, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and take initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite
  • Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is an added advantage
  • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
