Competencies/Skills:
Responsible for prompt and accurate billing procedures and organizing assigned records.
Must be very detail oriented. Ability to review data for accuracy and completeness as well as perform electronic billing. Ability to compose, type, word process and assemble information in proper fiscal form. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Ability to problem solve and make decisions. Ability to determine work priorities and ensure proper completion of work assignments. Maintain the firm’s core values of client commitment, honesty, integrity, accountability, teamwork, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to support a positive work environment.
Education: High school diploma or its equivalent.
Training and Experience: Two years of clerical billing/accounting or legal assistant experience. Prior legal billing experience preferred. Proficient computer skills/ ability to use multiple programs required.
