Duties

  • Translate verbal and written communication between English and Spanish
  • Assist employees with understanding contracts, policies, and job expectations
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires (paperwork, orientation, communication)
  • Support office operations including scheduling, communication, and document handling
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Maintain organized employee records and files

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, documents, etc.)
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred (but not required)

Office setting position, M-F 8 AM- 5PM

This position works closely with field employees and helps ensure everyone clearly understands their work, pay, and expectations

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
