A nail polish distribution company in Garden Grove is looking for a reliable Data Entry Clerk bilingual in English/Vietnamese to join our team!
Job Duties:
- Enter and maintain accurate data
- Assist with invoicing as needed
- Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook daily
- Perform basic math calculations
- Support the office with general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Vietnamese and English (required)
- Previous data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong computer skills
- Good math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
