About This Role
Himalayan Salt Therapy is Myrtle Beach’s premier wellness spa, specializing in halotherapy, cryo services, aesthetic treatments, and our new biohacking lab. We’re looking for a licensed esthetician with front desk energy and an ambition to grow — someone who doesn’t just want a job, but wants to build a career in wellness.
This starts part-time. But for the right person? This becomes full-time with a career track that puts you in the driver’s seat.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests, manage bookings, and run check-in/checkout via Fresha
- Perform aesthetic services (facials, lash tints, waxing, skin treatments)
- Operate and assist clients with cryo and biohacking lab equipment (full training provided)
- Upsell programs, memberships, and retail products
- Keep the spa experience running smoothly — you’re often the first and last impression
- Build long-term client relationships that drive rebook and loyalty
Your Earning Potential
We don’t believe in flat wages with no upside. Every metric you hit earns you more — and you’ll see your numbers every week so there are zero surprises.
Where You Are Hourly Est. Annual
Base (start) $15/hr ~$21K + comm
Tier 1 (30% rebook $16/hr ~$25K + comm + 90% on-time)
Tier 2 (40% rebook $17/hr ~$35K + comm + 70% occupancy)
Tier 3 (50% rebook $18/hr ~$42K + comm + run lab solo)
Plus commission on every service you perform:
- 10% on aesthetic add-on services
- 15% on retail product sales
- $20 bonus per cryo package sold
- $15 bonus per new membership or program package sold
Part-Time → Full-Time Path
Start part-time (~25 hrs/wk). Once you consistently hit all 5 of these for 8 straight weeks, you’re offered full-time (40 hrs/wk):
40%+ rebook rate
70%+ shift occupancy
3+ add-ons per shift average
$500+/wk in aesthetic services performed
Zero unexcused absences (trailing 30 days)
When you hit Tier 3, you’ll have the opportunity to manage our biohacking lab — with a revenue share component for high performers.
What We’re Looking For
- SC Esthetician License (or reciprocity from another state) required
- Front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Comfortable learning new equipment and technology
- Motivated, self-driven, and client-focused
- Available Mon–Sat (flexible scheduling)
- Bonus: experience with Fresha, cryo, or wellness/spa services
