CDR General Services is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Whitsett, NC to support client relationships, coordinate workforce operations, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in administrative support, office coordination, customer service, staffing, or account management who enjoy building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a key point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.

The Admin Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining organized operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring both clients and contractors receive timely support. This position combines administrative coordination, personnel management, and client service responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires travel to client sites and contractor locations. Candidates must be open and willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
  • Coordinate schedules, contractor assignments, and client requests to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and account documentation.
  • Ensure both clients and contractors are satisfied with CDR’s services and promptly address concerns.
  • Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to meet client staffing needs.
  • Conduct site visits and safety inspections as needed.
  • Monitor account activity and prepare reports on placements, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with onboarding new client accounts and ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Support candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruiting efforts.
  • Handle issue escalations professionally and assist with conflict resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and expand services.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, Account Manager, Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, or similar role preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with databases or CRM systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be open to travel to client sites and field locations as needed.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
