Role Summary

The Backoffice Specialist is responsible for supporting venue onboarding, system setup, and ongoing operational tasks in coordination with the Customer Success team. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong technical instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage onboarding and support tickets with accuracy and professionalism.

● Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth venue setup and ongoing support.

● Operate and navigate the companies internal systems confidently and efficiently.

● Coordinate with third-party partners (e.g., POS providers) to complete technical integrations.

● Strong ability to quickly learn new systems, interfaces, and technical processes.

● Comfortable working with multiple dashboards, backoffice systems, and interconnected tools.

● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Experience Requirements

● Previous experience in the restaurant industry (managerial, hosting, reservations, or operations) — MUST.

● Experience in roles that required operational structure, task ownership, and accuracy (restaurant operations, shift management, back office, or similar) – strong advantage.

● Comfort working with digital tools and dashboards (e.g., reservation systems, POS backoffice, CRM, Excel/Sheets).

● Strong technical intuition — ability to quickly learn new systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
