We are currently interviewing for an Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented person who fosters a team environment and who seeks excellence in all aspects of the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing vehicle titles and registration paperwork
- Verifying ownership documents for accuracy and completeness
- Submitting title applications to the appropriate state agency (such as the DMV)
- Tracking title status and resolving title issues
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Processing lien releases and ownership transfers
- Communicating with customers, lenders, dealerships, and government offices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Title processing of New and Used vehicles
- Administration experience
- Organized, structured, and reliable
- Maintain a positive energetic attitude throughout the day
- Proficient with Microsoft office: excel and outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented, Positive energy, Team Player
