Automotive BDC Representative / Receptionist (Hybrid Role)
A growing Automotive Dealership is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused BDC Representative / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests—both on the phone and in-store. This is a fast-paced, front-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on creating a great first impression while supporting our sales and service teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism; route to appropriate departments or team members
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, set appointments, and support BDC follow-up efforts
- Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and customer lounge experience
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and data entry
- Ensure coffee/snack station is stocked and customer-ready
- Support CRM updates and basic customer outreach as needed
- Provide prompt, courteous service at all interaction points
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with multi-line phone systems (dealership or BDC experience a plus)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills—phone and in-person
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a professional appearance
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $37,500.00 – $45,000.00 per year
